How many variants of a single card can a video card vendor release? MSI seems to be pushing the limit with its GTX 1060 outings, with six variants of the new card announced today.

At the top of the pile is the GTX 1060 GAMING X 6G with its Twin Frozr VI design (complete with backplate and a fancy RGB LED), and a boost clock of 1809MHz. There’s another non-X card with Twin Frozr design, and slower boost of 1746MHz, then two cards featuring featuring military grade Armor dual-fan designs, and then two more cards with dual and single fan cooling. Confused? Yeah, it’s easy – here’s a simple spec run down.

MSI’s only been able to supply pricing for its top design, but it’s certainly competitive pricing.

All the cards feature the same three Display Port connectivity, backed by a single HDMI and DVI-D port.
