Nintendo’s latest Direct dished up a few spooky surprises including the announcement Luigi’s Mansion 3 was on the way. Later on, we also found out a bit more about the upcoming 3DS release.
In Luigi’s original Gamecube outing – returning to the 3DS on 12th October in North America and 19th October for Europe – players will be able to explore the mansion alongside a friend. You can capture ghosts and even take on bosses together. To play the full story, both players will need to own a copy of the game, and to take on bosses all you’ll need is a single game card.
The title will also include amiibo support, allowing you to reveal where all the Boos are hiding, and even get a quick heal from Toad.
